Psychotherapy For Adults
Therapy for those ready for deeper, consistent change
Healing begins as we reconnect with what we were once taught to disconnect from.
Many of the clients I work with have spent years in roles of responsibility, caretaking, or self-reliance—often becoming highly capable while gradually losing connection with their own needs, emotions, or inner guidance.
Therapy as a deeper process
This work is not about quick fixes.
Therapy is not just about coping—it is about understanding the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Often, these patterns began as necessary adaptations—ways of staying safe, maintaining connection, or navigating early environments. Over time, they can begin to feel limiting, showing up in relationships, self-trust, emotional regulation, and your overall sense of internal stability and connection.
This often includes working through trauma, relational patterns, addiction recovery dynamics, grief, and major life transitions.
Let’s continue your journey together…
-
This work is not about quick fixes.
It is a process of reconnecting—with your emotions, your history, your body, and your internal sense of knowing. As that connection deepens, so does your capacity for clarity, choice, and more authentic relationships.
-
My work is integrative and focused on understanding the underlying patterns that shape your experience. I tailor therapy to each person’s pace and readiness.
We may explore early attachment experiences, relational dynamics, inner child work, grief, somatic awareness, and the ways the body holds emotional experience. I also incorporate mindfulness and space for spiritual exploration when it is meaningful to you.

How to get started
Therapy is a collaborative process, and finding the right fit matters.
If this feels aligned, you are invited to continue your journey here by scheduling a free 15-minute consultation to connect, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
This is not a therapy session, but an opportunity to get a sense of fit before beginning ongoing work.
