Continue Your Journey

Therapy is a collaborative process, and beginning is often the most important step.

This page is here to give you a clear sense of what working together looks like, who this work is for, and how to begin.

Who I Work With

I work with individual adults throughout California and Texas who are ready to engage in a deeper therapeutic process. In-person sessions are available in San Diego, and secure telehealth is available for clients throughout California and Texas. Many of the people I work with are:

  • Navigating the lasting impact of childhood or relational trauma

  • Experiencing repeated relationship patterns that feel difficult to shift

  • Healing from narcissistic or emotionally unsafe relational dynamics

  • Working through addiction recovery or long-standing coping patterns

  • Moving through grief, loss, or major life transitions

  • Navigating postpartum experiences or identity shifts in motherhood

  • Experiencing anxiety, depression, or emotional disconnection while still functioning externally

What to expect

My approach is integrative and focused on understanding the patterns beneath your experiences.

Rather than quick solutions, we slow things down and begin to understand how these patterns formed, how they show up now, and how they can begin to shift.

Therapy unfolds through consistency, curiosity, and a steady therapeutic relationship.
